Bones and viscous goo, held together by some unseen force. Offer it to the Sacrificial Stones.
Hang it at the Sacrificial Stones for Bonemass's Forsaken power (Block stamina -100%, Slightly resistant to Blunt; 5 min, again after 20 min). Nothing crafts or builds with it.

Hang it on the boss stone at the Start temple, then use the stone to take the power. Every power compared: Forsaken powers ranked.

Return to the Sacrificial Stones with your Forsaken trophy and offer it as a sacrifice to make the Gods smile upon you.

Last resort: the Obliterator
Obliteratorburns each one into 1 
Coal. It does this only for the one kind of these 42 items you put in most of per pull; the rest of the box counts with everything else: 10 items → 1 Coal.
