Drops nothing.
From CharacterDrop in the files. Stars multiply chance and amount of the drops marked for it by 2 per star. Amounts are what the game can roll (it never rolls the upper number written in the files). Chances of 30% or less use a pseudo-random counter, so long dry streaks can't happen.
